        Awful experience...

        They gave me a 1:00- 3:00 window. They called at 2:45 to say they were on their way. I called back only to get a really rude perso saying it was to late (roughly 10 minutes later) and that he could not call the technician on his cell phone! It ended up being a complete waste of my time!!!!!
