      Overall

      I purchased this coverage when I bought my home. Big mistake. The policy has more to say about what is not covered than what is covered. The most common home repair issues are not covered...read the fine print. When I reached out to my sales representative, Amy, she was inattentive, rude, and even responded with saying "dont call me again" before hanging up on me. Please save your money and don't use this company.
