This property management has a very bad services.

The accounting; collector; has never picked the phone or returned my call.

They did not register us w/ the Rent Control Board for 3 years. I found out & notified them last year. They still had not registered. So I decided to claim for excess rent w/ the Rent Control Board.

They sent me the miscalculation of rent increase notification this year. And trying to collect for the past due amount. I spoke to the Rent Control Co-ordinator, he said they cannot collect the short paid in the past because their own incorrect notification. But they can notify me the correct amount at least 30 days in advance.

Now Suncoast Property Management has taken over Fleck. However, all employees are still the same people.

I feel bad for the owner that have bad management team. The owner seems to be nice.

I wish that the owner saw my comment here.

I'd like to hear from other tenants.
