I love Nordstroms. They're one of the best stores for selection, sales, events and customer service. This Nordstrom location is GREAT! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You don't have to hunt an associate down, they are usually there within minutes asking if you need help.
The store is spacious and bright. This department store carries all the designer names/brand names I like in every department and I also adore their free 3 day shipping online as well! Can't get any better than that. The selection of cosmetics and skincare is awesome as well! Nordstrom does price-matching as well, so if you see an item that you adore at Saks, Neiman, or Bloomies on sale and Nordstrom has it but it's regular price, they will price match.
Two days ago I went in to buy a tie and found a wide selection at various price points. Gift wrapped and out of there in under 10 minutes. Hands down best customer service I have ever experienced.
We enjoyed a great dinner at Morels. The menu was exciting and well thought out... The steak tartar was a great starter, which my wife enjoyed to the full. The French onion soup was good, but not outstanding. Plenty of flavor, but a little runny... Morels is expensive and worth it. The steaks were great (suggestion: get the wet aged rib eye, not the dry aged). The portions were large, which, in my view, is a negative; but a small negative, as I don't have to, nor did I, eat it all. Wine recommendation by server was excellent. Service was top notch.
Surprisingly, I was dissapointed by my experience at this Norsdtrom. I did not receive the customer service help that I was hoping for but I did like the store in general. This nordstrom, like most, was very clean and had the best merchandise. I give this store a 75%

I really like the customer service here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. No one is stuck up like at other retail stores. Plus, they have an amazing return policy where you can pretty much return something you don't like at any time. You don't have to stress if two weeks passed.

All businesses should follow the Nordstrom model of customer service. There is no other business at this level of intelligence, care, pride, and long termrelationship building. They have my life long loyalty and that of everyone I know. They take great care of customers and I will always shop there. The staff is ready, enthusiastic, informed, caring, and always makes me feel good when I shop, return, browse. The greatest store in the world.

True to the reputation, this Nordstrom, like pretty much any other, has top-notch service. This particular Nordstrom is located at The Grove outdoor mall, itself a treasure. Nestled deep into the mall past the water fountain show and the small parklike area, Nordstrom here reflects the glamor of the brand. The staff always make little extra recommendation, and doing so without sounded like a sales pitch. Almost invariably, they're right. I like this store!

I love shopping at nordstrom- the brands, particularly juicy and t-bags can't be beat. This particular location though, at the grove is not hot. This used to be my favorite nordstrom's to go to, but some of my favorite salespersons are no longer there. The replacements are snobby and give bad, slow service. Go to nordstrom, just not this one.
