Overall
Social Services ""Workers"" ? L.A. County

Upon having a Person who is disabled move in an apartment building across from our home a curious event started to happen each and every day at all hours. Social Services Workers or their agents started arriving to transport this young man where he needs to go. The Problem is not with him but those who arrive at his new residence... They HONK the HORN of the usually junkie car they are driving, block driveways and even the streets with NO Regard to this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. When asked by a resident if one of them could please not do this, the women?s response was met with a Huge Attitude of Defiance and the five minutes later she HONKED again. A second female who has done this several times was confronted while driving and talking on her cell phone, (Illegal in the state of California) replied ""it's a free country I can do whatever I want"".
Clearly these individuals are ones who make up a group who fail each and every day, and represent the LACK of Social Services provided by the Department with the same name. More importantly they enter an area where homes are located and bring their unsavory living habits friends and acquaintances with them, to ""Visit"" their ""Consumers"".
This Department in Los Angeles needs severe overhaul and clean out of those who are lazy and dare I say rude and even stupid. When an employee cannot seem to understand common courtesy or be sensitive to the needs of those who they are to serve.
A letter has been written to the owner of the property and calls will be made to this department filing complaints about these persons sadly the young man is the one who will suffer at their hand possibly because they don?t seem to have anger management training either.
