Cahenga Pet Hospital is what vets should be. Intelligent, experienced, caring, and well staffed.
I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Marina and her facility. We have two dogs, and one has serious issues. After having been through so many different vets and facilities, including all the high-priced, big names in town, Dr. Marina is the absolutely only Vet I would ever entrust with the care of my animals.

I always know what I am in for financially. The charges are always fair. The care is beyond top notch. The service offering is comprehensive.
The Dr. truly cares for the animals like they are her own, and it is touching the level of personal care and attention which is always provided. If I could give ten stars instead of five it still would not be enough.
Our dogs quality of life has actually significantly improved since Dr. Marina and her staff took over their care, and we are forever indebted to their wonderful service.
I toke my dog had a cold so I toke it to Cahuenga Pet Hospital for a check up 1st time there. I have been to many different vet's around town but Cahuenga Pet Hospital was the worst experience I have ever had. The vet Lady toke nearly 40min before seeing my dog and the worst part is she performed all of these UN necessary test's and shots that my dog did not need nor did I ask her to do so. I ended up paying over 400 dollars just for taking my dog in for a simple check up. Stay away from this Vet Total Rip OFF !!
If there was a way to give less than one star I would do so. It's the third time I went to this place, the 2 first times were not great but I figured everyone can have off days... But I had to put my cat to sleep today, so first off you'd expect compassion and extra effort from the team to have it as less painful as possible. But no, that's not how you do it at Cahuenga Pet Hospital... I took the appointment on Saturday, and asked for a tranquilizer pill to be picked up on Tuesday (the day before) to allow the cat to feel less stressed in the car on the way there. Tuesday comes... ""you have no appointment with us, but we'll squeeze you in"".... I'm like I call on Saturday to make it... Today comes, we get there at 8:50am, for the appointment at 9am. Lady up front was not super nice but whatever. She asked ""do you want to be present?"" Yes. At 9:15am, we were allowed in the patient room since a big dog was coming in... At 9:30, a nurse came in to ask ""do you want to be present?"" Yes. By this time, my patience is running thin... 9:45am, a nurse comes in to take the cat in the back to get the temperature and weight, but grabbed the cat by the leg before seeing me observing her and then picked her up normally. Came back 3 minutes later... 9:55am, the nurse came back to put on the receptor for the needle.... 10:00am, the vet finally arrived and started injecting right away, I would not have been petting my cat, I would not have had any notice of her leaving... 10:03am, the vet left, I took a moment, to compose myself and saw another nurse come in happy and greeting into the room, just to leave right away, saying ""oh sorry wrong room""...... The vet was professional and my cat left purring so I'm ok but the place is run and holds terrible nurses and helpers. I will not ever go again to this place and would never recommend it.

This was our first visit to the Vet and quite honestly we are both very happy and satisfied with the care we received. We will definitely be coming back. Jack Frost, like any other animal, is not a fan of Vet visits, but you guys made it pain-less which he truly appreciates. He's already getting better with the antibiotics we were given. I couldn't be happier! Thanks guys!

Once we were seen at reception (after a rather long wait) the process went very quickly. It's not possible to go back on the survey to make changes so I wanted to clear that up. I feel that Lula was seen to very professionally and with much care. I also appreciated the follow-up call from the doctor. Thank you!
