New Manager Denies Use on AC Power to Laptop Users?

08/16/2011 (day shift) - OK, so I'm sitting here enjoying my food while checking my email... This ""new"" BK Manager walks up to me while I'm eating my ordered food and tells me I'm not allowed to plug my Laptop into the AC Wall Outlet?

WTH? (Scooby Doo sound...)

I've been coming to this BK for months maybe once, or twice a week. It's around the corner from where I live (never any problems) - the other managers know me... They have Internet access, but I'm actually using my own (Clear) service, not theirs.... Other people use the AC here all the time with their laptops, just like any WiFi enabled place... So he mumbles about 3 different versions of his position after I asked him to clarify...

All this is all very strange,,, Never been at an Internet enabled eatery where they deny customer use of AC Power... Peoples batteries run low, so they sometimes need to plug in to finish work, or whatever...

Nobody thought this out before they brought Internet Service into the locations?

I somehow got the impression though by the way he looked at me that he was working with some other type of feelings related to my ethnicity...

So, my summation is, Skip this location all together.. The Management is seriously working with the funnies and treats paying customers very badly...
