What I love most about Body & Brain is they don't just focus on the physical poses, they incorporate the emotional release of stress and peaceful meditation as well in a fresh new way. Classes, workshops, private sessions...everything they offer is high quality!
The instructors, Peter and Marsha are knowledgeable, generous, caring, and honestly interested in students seeing improvement.
The classes are not the same old routine. They are new every time.

I have been going here daily for a while. When I go, I feel like I'm taking a vacation...for an hour. I come out totally relaxed and calm!
The classes are not packed, they're small and the instructors are more personal and informed. The classes or 60 or 70mins long and emphasize releasing tension and healing. So there is more time for breathing, but some of the exercises can be challenging. They do new exercises in almost every class. I've gotten more flexible and strong in ways I didn't know.
Some people go there for the healing benefits, like to get rid of their pain from fibromyalgia or arthritis or back pain. They will mention acupressure points and chakras during the class, so I feel like I am learning new things too.
I feel great everytime! Absolutely nothing bad to say about them.
