Purchased a tv from brst but a few months ago and already had problems with it. Spoke to their customer service rep and luckily I got the extended warranty.
I had a bad experience at Staples Canada, but with Jonas serving me from Best Buy made My Experience very Memorable!
Jonas was one of the most helpful sales representatives that I have ever met in such a long time who was honest, caring, concerned and understanding towards my needs and budget who found me exactly what I was looking for without trying to suck out as much money as possible like Staples Canada was trying to do.
All of the problems that I had with the Acer Laptop that Staples Canada had recommended, I am Not having with my HP Laptop & this comes with a Built-In CD/Dvd Player unlike the Acer one which did Not even have one Built-In which sucked!
Jonas NOT only sold me a Labtop, but was very knowledgeable in his expertise and answered All of my Questions, Comments and Concerns in full!
Jonas was so helpful that he even took the time to help me transfer all of my picture folders from my Pin Drive on to my Brand New Hewlett-Packard Laptop.

No buy. Terrible service, I called to see if they had sherlock holmes movie and maybe the star wars bundle on blu-ray and nobody answered the phone. I must have called four times in one day to try and get a hold of someone from sales to check and see if they had it since their website was acting up at the time and nothing. Just disappointing.

Never answers the phone for customer service. On Jan. 28, 2007, I called starting at 10am (supposed delivery time: 8-10am) and was not able to reach ANYONE until the end of the day. To keep a competitive place in the electronic market, Best Buy definitely needs to revise their customer service. Work on it more or everybody will stop going to Best Buy.
