We have a Sub Zero Refrigerator/Freezer and the ice maker died and the line to the ice maker leaked into freezer insulation which froze. This caused condensation on side wall which leaked on hardwood floor. What a mess. We tried to call Sub Zero and they said they could have somebody out to our house in a few weeks. Totally unacceptable! So we called up Los Angeles Appliance Repair. We have used them several times in the past and always been happy with the results. They sent out a tech 2 days later and he said that the hose going to the icemaker was loose and the water was running into the freezer insulation. He had to defrost the entire unit. Move the unit out to clean up the water and dry the wood, fix the water hose and clean everything up. It was a pretty big job, and I was surprised when he was finished at how reasonable the bill was. Los Angeles Appliance Repair is a really great repair company. Their technicians are honest and friendly, and they never over charge you or try to talk you into repairs you do not need.
I have 3 kids and our Washer and Dryer are going 24/7. We do more laundry than the Laundry-Mat. So when our Maytag Dryer quit working the other day. I called Maytag immediately. After being on hold with them for almost an hour they informed me that they could have a repairman out to our place in about a week and a half. I told them that were unacceptable, and they said that was the best that they could do. My brother told ne to call Los Angles Appliance Repair. He told me that he had used them several times tin the past and he said that they were a great company. I called them up and told them it was an emergency. They said they could have somebody over to the house by tomorrow. I could not believe it. True to their word they had Tony out at our house the next day around 4 pm. He took a look at the dryer, and told me it was a fuse that blew out in the back, and he had the fuse with him that we needed. I was stunned. He swapped out the fuse and the dryer hummed to life. What a lifesaver. We would have been buried under a mountain of laundry in no time if it wasn’t for Tony and the good people at Los Angeles Appliance Repair. They are defiantly our new Service Company from now on.
The other day I had just started in to a mountain of laundry that I have needed to do for 2 weeks, when my Whirlpool Dryer quit producing heat. It would still run, but no heat. Arrrrgh! So I found Los Angeles Appliance Repair on my phone, and set up an appointment. I was impressed at how easy their website was to navigate using my smartphone. I scheduled an appointment for two days out. The technician Jerry showed up on time and he took a look at the dryer. He discovered that the thermostat was burned out, and he just happened to have one with him. Oh happy Day! He swapped out the fuse, and I was doing laundry again before he left the building. The service was prompt and professional. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and the final bill was very reasonable. I will definitely be adding this company to my contacts for the future.
We love have an outdoor dishwasher it sounds funny, but we cook out poolside a lot all year round living in Los Angeles. Having a dishwasher right there poolside by the grill is ideal. So a few years ago we purchased an Asko Outdoor Dishwasher. I read about them online, how they are designed to work outdoors even in Harsh Climates. We have been pretty happy with it thus far. We were drawn to Asko because of their high quality appliances, environmentally friendly Dishwashers and their stylish Swedish design. Over the summer we were suing it to clean up after a little poolside soiree that we threw, when the dishwasher threw up an F4 error code. Which is typically supposed to indicate that the dishwasher is having a problem with the water supply? My neighbor told me to call Los Angeles Appliance Repair and set up an appointment. We have had a couple of negative experiences with repairmen recently, and I have been looking for a new appliance repair company. So my wife called them up and made an appointment for the same week. I was surprised right there. Usually in Los Angeles it takes a month to get a repairman to come out to your house just to give an estimate, and reschedule an appointment at a later date. The technician arrived early and after examining the unit he said we did not have a problem with the water supply, but rather that the dashboard on our unit was faulty. He gave me his estimate and said he could return in 3 days with the parts to fix our Asko Outdoor Dishwasher. I was a little skeptical that he could get the parts and be back in three days, it sounded too good to be true. The estimate he gave me seemed very reasonable so I gave him the go ahead to do the repairs. True to his word three days later he showed up with the necessary parts and fixed the unit right up. We were cooking out on the grill and doing dishes out side that very night. I am very happy with the service we received from Los Angeles Appliance Repair and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
