All-around great experiences. I adopted my dog, and given that I had little money at the time, they were very helpful. The doctor I dealt with was very kind. Lab tests came back, and I was immediately notified. Thanks.

I brought my beagle over to Animal Specialty Group last week, because he was acting a little funny. The doctors were able to take him in right away! I was very happy about that. They said it was probably something he ate, and he would be fine! He's doing much better since then. Thanks for all of your help! I highly recommend anyone to come here. They're great!

We have always been treated with the utmost respect. We wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They always inform us about everything that is going on, especially when making a big decision.

We took our 10 week old English Pointer puppy to ASG after he broke his femur. The surgery included suture removal, brace adjustments, etc. The doctors are very knowledgeable (ours was Dr. Michael Huber) and answered all our questions and would call back if we had concerns between visits. I can not recommend them enough. It has been 9 weeks since the break and our puppy is on his way to a complete recovery!

I liked the way the doctor took the time to answer the questions in terms that I understood. Not all people want to know more of the ins and outs, the names of things, but I did and I appreciated not being shooed away. I appreciated the efforts to teach me and to learn new things at this office.

First impression to me is important. Sarah answered the phone and helped me answer my questions on my first phone call that I made to the facility. Everyone was cordial on our initial consult day.

Avoid this clinic, they are an unorganized mess and your pet will suffer

I was reffered here by my vet for my cat with stage 4 cancer. Dr Shulman was more interested in writing a paper for a University on my cats condition than actually treating her. When the results from the blood tests came back, it took the office 3 days to inform me after they had gotten the results. In fact I had to call them for the results. Then when I came back from a business trip they refused to refill my cats prescription for twenty-four hours. When I went in there to get a doctor to refill the prescription they told me to take my cat elsewhere.

I repeat don't take your pet to this clinic. The office manager is totally disorganized and took a week to refund me an overpayment that other vets put directly back onto my credit card. If you love your pet drive the extra distance to any of the other critical care specialists. They all have the same equipment.

My other vets were so caring they sent me a condolensce card when my cat passed.

This vet sent me a "you're cats not welcome here anymore" letter. AVOID At All Costs!

CAUTION!!!!!!

CAUTION!!!! If you love your pet do not take him/her to ASG. NO compassion, NO specialty care, only a focus on your Money. My cat “Monkey” suffered in their care for 24 hours and when I arrived to visit him the next day he was almost dead! Nobody noticed he was unconscious, having difficulty breathing, and defecating on him-self. Only then did they start treatment just to satisfy me. He died less than twelve hours later. There are too many doctors and techs working here to get personalized care for your pet. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I deeply regret taking him here, my cat deserved better care than he received at ASG.
