Good train experience

The Amtrak staff here at Union Station are really about great service. The last time I traveled through here, even the lady who had to tell me my luggage was too heavy and I had to unpack it said it with a smile. The gentlemen who helped my husband and I get to our train were friendly, very helpful and courteous. You might wonder who travels on trains these days...you'd be surprised. I was. Our train from LA to Seattle was full. Anyway...the next time we travel we'll definitely consider Amtrak...and that's ONLY because of the people who work at Amtrak.
