        This is the worst company to buy a limousine from. We purchased a 2011 Stretch Camaro for over 58,000.00. When we arrived to inspect the car we noticed a vibration. We were going to back out, but the manager said they would fix it. They put us in a hotel. The next day they said it was fixed. We drove it and it seemed better. On our way across country it started getting bad. They said to send the drive shaft out to Missouri to have it balanced and they would pay for it. To this day almost a year later, they never paid for it. They were also suppose to make 2 carpet runners for us, 8 months later still no carpet runners. Be careful before you buy...They lost our business, we will never buy a limousine from them again.

        Very Rude. Not sure if its the same person answering the phone. But I tried calling twice and she hung up on me twice.

        We at American Limousine strive to provide the best customer service to all our customers at all times. In the past we have had various days where the phones have not been working properly and I am confident that the representative did not hang up the phone intentionally

        I used this limousine service this weekend for a special occasion. We had to pick up a passenger from LAX then went to lunch afterward. The company was up-front and honest about the process we would have to go through in order for a commercial limo to go onto LAX. We choose Hummer limo. It was a very pleasant experience.
