I will never go back to this place I gave this lady 350 to finish my dresses n she promised me she have them done it's been over a month n I don't have my dresses n her store I'd never open. N she never anseers her phone. I'm so ready to sue this lady I don't no how she stays in business. Don't go to her for ur dresses she doesn't do what she's suppose to do
Mi evento era para 8/29/2014. Compre el vestido de mi hija en Abril 2014 el vestido era de catalago lla echo se iso pendeja y no me le entrgo asta ultimos de Julio por que me le puse Brava!! Y tambien via agarrado los vestidos de las muchachas me los dio una semana antes por que le eche mentiras en la fecha pero me entrego un cochinero de vestidos estaban grandisimos largos y segun tubo 3meses para areglar los vestidos me iso dar vueltas y me iba sin nada no mas pasar puros corages es un mendiga mentirosa nunca esta y siempre le echa la culpa a la pobre costurera..Nunca e conosido una mujer tan horrible mentirosa, tiene buena labia promete todo y no cumple nada. Por Favor si miran esto diganle a sus amigas, familia para que se quede sim clientèla eso su muy Barato pero pagas caro con esta vieja!!
I found a dress that I had liked and I put down a 100.00 deposit.. Ana told me the deposit was to make sure the had the dress and I can give the other half of the balance when u get paid... I then talked her a week before I got paid and asked her if I could make a payment over the phone and she said yes, I told her to make the payment on the 6th of feb and she ran my card number on the fourth of feb.. My bank notified me because they ran my card 4 TIMES with out my knowledge, one time for 2 times for 400.00 bucks and another for 300.00 bucks... (Thank god my back put a block on ever time they ran it) I told Ana that I didn't want to do business with her anymore and the only thing she keeps telling me is why am I making a big beal out of this.....
Last week I asked her to plz return my 100.00 bucks and she told me she would have the check today and when my mother called her to let her know she was on her way to get it she told her I was only allowed to get store credit... I can't believe how this lady lies and tricks u.. I want to sue her if she don't give me my deposit back...
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LADY........

Don't do it you will regret it! I did... I sued for 6000 dollars and I want my case :-) the legal register owner is Alejandro Hernandez, Alejandro and Ana live at 915 Liberty Ave Montebello CA 90640. get what is rightfully yours I did and don't give up.
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICES THEY PROMISE! WE RENTED A PARTY BUS FORM THEM FOR PROM AND WERE LEFT STRANDED! WE PAID FOR 8HRS AND GOT 45 MINUTES. THEY HAVE NOT RETURN OUR MONEY AS PROMISED AND NOW ARE HAVING TO SUE THEM! ANNA WILL CONTINUE TO LIE TO YOU AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE. ANNA IS PROBABLY RUNNING A SCAMMING BUSINESS! SHE SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR ALL THE MONEY SHE TAKES FROM CUSTOMERS AND DOESN'T PROVIDE SERVICES! I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not do any business at Alba's Bridal and Tuxedo. The lady in charge, Anna, is very charming and you think you are doing business with a responsible, trustworthy individual but she is not. I ordered my wedding dress to be made here on 5/28/11. Everything went south when at the follow up appointment, 6/4/11 made by her, she was not at the store and she had to be called by her assistant to show up. She arrives not only late but does not have the fabric samples she promised. There was no courtesy call to reschedule or apology for making me go for nothing. She then promised to go to my home the following Monday after the store hours. She never showed and after several calls and messages, I just decided to ask for my money back the next time. I waited to see if she was going to call but days passed and nothing. I eventually went back on the weekend and asked for my money. She could not give it to me then she said. I asked her to sign on the back of the invoice something stating that she was going to give me the deposit back and she did. I went back for my money and then she says "I am not the owner and the owner does not want to give you the money back because there is no good reason." If unprofessionalism and poor customer service are not good reasons then what is? I think this is normal business there because as I was waiting to get my money an older couple arrived for their appointment and Anna said that she could not help them today to come back. The lady replied "but you said to come today?" They left disappointed and I convinced that this is not a reputable business.
Beware of this place. I checked the BBB, a bit too late, and found that there are several complaints about customer service and issues with the product.
