24 Hour rent a car has excellent service, all the cars i ever rented so far have been great! thank you very much for making my car rental experience very simple and quick. I never had any issues renting. for this place. I have recommended many friends of mine to rent from here. I will always return to rent from you guys.

I Live in the East Coast, I rent cars from 24Hour Rent A Car in LAX very frequent , 4 times a month if not more. I used to rent from various sources but, I rented from 24Hour Rent A Car once and I had a great experience, I receive the best service by a rental car agency, I was given a super great price for a C250 Mercedes Benz, I rented different cars everytime I am here but, I wanted to try someting new other than your regular vehicles as I was going to be driving in LA with few VIP's. I have recommended my friends to rent from 24Hour Rent A Car simply because their service is outstanding, they always take excellent car of me. I get picked up from the lax airport right away, and I get dropped off in time as well. Thank you so much for your great and friendly service, your staff is the best.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!. Easily the worst company I've ever rented from. They supplied me with an old, smelly car that didn't lock, then they were annoyed when I wouldn't drop it off back at the airport to pick up a replacement. After some perseverance they dropped off a replacement car. This one had a faulty gear system and was dangerous to drive! I then asked to cancel the entire booking and for a refund. The manager became aggressive on the phone and threatened to not refund me any money. They charged me for a weeks rental even though the majority of this time was spent trying to get a faulty car replaced. Unbelievably bad service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I just rented a car at 24 hr Rent a car in lax airport trought you and it was the worst experience I ever had renting a car.
My plane got into lax 30 minutes late and when I called them and a girl named Marlin answer and told me that my reservation got cancelled without giving me any notice and told me that they didn't have any cars available very rudly.
I started looking for another rental and it came out the same car at the same price in the same place so I booked again. I called this lady again and say that I have another reservation and she rudly say to me to call back in 40 minto pick me up because my reservation wasn't until one hour later (the system didn't let me make a reservation before 1 hour)
I think unrealible companies like this shouldn't be in business.
EASY,GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT CAR. Very helpful staff. Pick-up and drop off process was quick and painless. There were no hidden charges. The quote I got online was honored without any hassles. Great car. Would rent from them again. Thanksss again :)
I ARRIVED AT LAX, I WAS PICKED UP RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE VERY CLOSE TO ALL THE TERMINALS. THEY PICKED ME UP IN A NICE CAR IT WAS CLEAN, SMELLED GOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH MY LUGGAGE , VERY CURTIOUS. I LOVED THE CAR THEY GAVE ME. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL GETTING INTO A VEHICLE. THE RATE I WAS GIVEN WAS GREAT AS WELL. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A CAR RENTAL ARRIVING TO LAX. THEIR STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE.
ONCE AGAIN THE BEST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD
This was the very worst rental car experience we've ever had. I had a printed reservation and confirmation. Flight was delayed and I called ahead of time to tell them the flight was late. Arrived LAX at 4:30 pm. I had said we'd be in around 4:00. He said &amp;quot;oh, you're a no-show!&amp;quot; I told him I'd called from PHX telling them the flight would be late. He said &amp;quot;sorry, we just gave away your van.&amp;quot; What the heck kind of rental company doesn't check flights w/ the airport before renegging on a reservation??!! He said &amp;quot;We'll take care of it.&amp;quot; Well, they tried. That's the only reason they get one star. They brought TWO cars to the airport. We have 4 kids so needed seating for 6. We had to drive TWO cars to our hotel, pay $60 to park 2 cars, w/ a promise of a van the next morning. They said they'd call. They didn't. They said they'd pick up their cars and they didn't. Then they said we should come to their office and they'd fix it. We did. They didn't. Our initial quote was for $300. I didn't have a printout for that but &amp;quot;Clyde&amp;quot; assured me on the phone they would honor that first quote. Now they say &amp;quot;no way.&amp;quot; &amp;quot;Clyde is new and shouldn't have promised it.&amp;quot; Well? Clyde shouldn't have been answering their phones then right? I said I'd compromise. Was promised a van for $300. They wanted $500 or $550. I thought somewhere around $400 would be a fair compromise. No way. We went to their office. Manager comes in w/ a van (this is about 8 hours after we were promised one in the morning). Demands the full price. We won't do it and then ask for the promised ride back to our hotel. He says &amp;quot;no way - we are not a taxi service.&amp;quot; The poor clerk looked like he wanted to crawl into a hole! We WALKED to a restaurant blocks away then took a cab back to our hotel. What a nightmare. I cannot believe this place is still in business. :(
