Couldn't be happier!

These guys were so helpful... it had been quite a while since I bought a car, and my salesperson, JB, was extremely helpful and patient. The price I paid was more than competitive, and they gave me more for my trade-in then I expected to get. They went out of their way to get me the exact car I wanted, and I ended up an extremely happy customer. I'll go back to this place and I'd recommend the same to anyone I know.

Beware, know what you need before you go!

I knew my brakes needed work on my 2002 Ford Escape so I took it to 101 which use to be Midway who I never had problems with. All new staff. They examined my car & determined I needed tires too. I could see the tread was thin, but because I was not focusing on just what I planned to come in for; I got talked into their ""lesser"" priced tires at $163 each!! Between my tires, total brake job (front/back) etc. I'm looking at a $1600 bill. Yes I take responsibilty for being talked into the tires & when I tried to call less than 2 hrs later to say forget about the tires, low & behold they were already installed. Or so they said. So sad, too bad. Anyone have some swampland to sell? I'm sucker for the day!

TERRIBLE!!!

I was a regular customer of this LA City Hyundai because the Hyundai warranty requires dealership service. I've decided to let the warranty expire - that is how POOR the service is at this location. The warranty is not worth the rip off of this dealership. Not only has my car been returned with mysterious scratches and bumps, but I just paid $800 for a required annual only to find my car will not start. I was also told I need new brake pads and rotors. When I took the car to Midas, I was told my brake pads were at 80% and the rotors were in perfect condition. The mechanic at Midas didn't even charge me and wanted to know who suggested I needed them. Hyundai also wanted to charge me a $75 diagnostic fee to look at a fuse. So instead I paid 20 CENTS at AutoZone for a new fuse. My power windows work fine now after 20 CENTS vs. $75. Whatever you do, AVOID THIS HYUNDAI!!!!!
