This company is a fraudulent and I wouldnt buy anything from them! The email doesnt work the phone doesnt work and the owner of this company is rude! Please dont fall for the BS!

On November 29, 2013, I purchased two of the 7” Ematic tablets from Wal-Mart.com as Christmas presents for my children. One of the tablets had a cracked screen. Neither Wal-Mart.com nor my local Wal-Mart store would refund or exchange the item due to the time constraint on their return policy. Since I purchased the tablets in November and tried to return/exchange them after the Christmas holiday, they told me that too much time had passed for a replacement option. I then decided to contact Ematic customer support for assistance via phone and email to see if I could still return the tablet to have it fixed or exchanged. Whenever I called the Ematic customer support telephone number, I was either redirected to the main menu, or disconnected altogether. No one ever responded to my email. As a consumer, I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality of products that companies are selling and the lack of customer service they offer, and I refuse to put up with it! Shaghal Ltd. has proved to be just like the rest of them – high output with mediocre goods. I am convinced that the American people are in a vicious cycle of purchasing commodities that are built to last for a limited amount of time, made by companies who don’t stand behind the quality of their workmanship. Rather, they manufacture stock that is meant to be defective with limited warranty coverage so that we, as consumers, are left with two choices: buy a refurbished item or buy a brand new item, both at regular cost, with no guarantee how long this item will last either. Or we can choose my route: STOP buying from the manufacturer after the first disappointment! The other tablet that I purchased is also, in my opinion, defective; albeit in working order. The calibration on the touchscreen leaves much to be desired, and the charger (like the one that belonged to the tablet being returned to you) no longer works. I will never purchase from Ematic/Shaghal Ltd. again.
