I’ve had some really bad experiences at eye glass shops before and just mediocre experiences at others. But this however was the first time I actually had an amazing experience. The reason I did was all thanks to my new eye care specialist “Iggy” Right off the bat he introduced himself and gave my girlfriend and I a warm welcoming and didn’t come off pushy or like the typical Sales Consultants these days. He answered all our questions thoroughly and helped us in every way you could imagine. Anyway long story short. I hope that you plan on staying there for the long run Iggy. Cause I know for a fact that as long as your remain working there I won’t be going anywhere else for any of my eye care needs... Thanks again Iggy. Looking forward to seeing you on our next visit.

love coming to see Dr.Brisco for my annual eye exam and i love getting my glasses. Julie who took her time to help me explain my insurance is super helpful not only that but she help me understand what my insurance covers. couldnt ask for any doctor, Dr.Brisco you are an angel. Thank you
This location is really convenient to my house and I've had only good experiences with the staff and doctor. Their frames selection is limited but you can always get frames somewhere else.
Their exam room reminds me of a closet (the place is that tiny), but in terms of professionalism and expertise I couldn't ask for more. Extremely satisfied with the attention I got there for follow-up care to my Lasek surgery.
Friendly doctor. My prescription was messed up 3xs and had to be re done. The office is extremey small, but the staff is friendly.
Tried this opt. because it was close to my house. Used my insurance and had glasses so I just got lenses, took a few weeks to get them. They don't carry big/brand name glasses so that sucked.
We loved Dr Ner and her staff. Office close to neighborhood and convenient. Office selection of glasses limited but they can special order some styles.
I had LASIK a year ago and did all my follow up at Blackstone ... Way better than driving all the back to the westside. The doctors are super cool. They are wedged into what seems like and old bungalow, but they totally make it work.
Most unprofessional and unpleasant experience ever!! My entire family went to see Dr. Brisco to have our annual eye exam. Her office staff were efficient and helpful however Dr. Brisco's lack of professionalism was beyond anything we had experienced. Our daughter had an eye irritation and without warning she flipped her lids inside out which was terrifying and painful my daughter was hysterical. Dr. Brisco's skirt was so short that her "business" was on display, she kept pulling her white coat to try cover her underwear. She also went on and on about being single, highly unprofesional - I could not wait to get out of there and then upon asking for a prescription after the visit she wanted to charge me $25. After much arguing with her office she did it for free via email and it was very unsatisfactory. I will never go back and I will never recommend her she is unprofessional and does not care about her patients as well as being highly inappropriate.
This Doctor is a joke. It's a mad shuffle to get you out of there at lightning speed. He doesn't seem to care about his patients needs at all. After all, he found a niche in charging a low price and treating his patients like crap. What do you expect for $45? Definitely a bit better than this. It's still $45 and he spends about 7 minutes with you. Do that math. $500 per hour. Unlike all of his patients, my particular respective uniqueness comes in that I studied to be in their field when I was in my 20's, so I know what is protocol and what is doing this right. He didn't. Further infuriating is that my RX always came in with one eye being better than the other, and also having a bit of astigmatism, but he said he found none when I asked him. I will be doing a chargeback. He should have his license revoked. Do yourself a favor, and go see a reputable Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
