I have been training with Austin for over a year and a half now as my personal trainer and he is by far one of the most effective and knowledgable trainers I've worked with. I have seen continued results throughout. Austin has a complete understanding of each muscle group and how they are interrelated to work with and against one another to maximize the benefit of every minute of each work out. He also keeps each session dynamic in order to maximize results and avoid plateaus. I'm a doctor myself, so I know the importance of working with someone who really understands the body and how far to push it. Los Angeles is flooded with trainers that claim they know how to provide "the best workout," but very few actually have the experience.
