The worse customer service ever. Please check some YELP review which was not recommend by YELP as owner is a Paid Member of YELP. Tones of School kids working at these Place, went to drop of Zappo Returns due to my printer error i took it to drop off at this store #0012 on Pico Blvd.Douche Owner routed me to use Public computer and pay $2.00 for a piece of paper, i email them before went to the store, but douche did not print as i was willing to pay $ cash. He insist to use my Credit card using to rent the computer.I found cross the street Printing Place very professional and print out my label free and gave me a drop off receipt.. Never again UPS Store on 10573 Pico.Check the Yelp Review posted on 01/29/2018.1.0 star rating 1/29/2018I would give these people negative stars if possible. I came in to drop off some packages and have a document notarized. The notary told me this could not be done because the wording was incorrect for California. I became upset and explained that I was trying to get the document notarized because my mother was DEAD and the county clerk in NJ assured me the wording would be acceptable. She told me similar documents had been notarized in every state in our nation. As I became upset the notary told me I was no longer welcome in the store. I replied that I hoped when HIS mother died someone treated him with the same compassion he extended me. At this point he told me to fucking shut up and began to come around the counter at me. If his coworker had not stopped him I feel confident he would have assaulted me. The notary in this store is a hateful man full of vitriol and not one drop of compassion.

There is a reason there are so many negative reviews about this UPS Store location on Yelp & 3 here on The Yellow Pages, specifically mentioning the bald gentleman who apparently is the owner/operator. I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully by someone in a customer service position, he went as far as to actually cuss at me during his temper tantrum. If you have had a similar experience with this location, I highly recommend calling the UPS customer relations department and file a complaint (800)789-4623 customerrelations@upssto…. A poor Yelp review only goes so far, but if corporate gets enough official complaints then maybe there can finally be some accountability. There are 1 star reviews dating back to 2008 on Yelp, so obviously this man has been allowed to act this way for a decade now.
Their customer service is so terrible, women though I was a telemarketer and hung up on me twice. I asked her what type of janitorial they use because there dispatch center is so filthy and dirty they don't clean it at all. They are violating at least 5 health and safety codes. Other then that delivery services are superb. Have no complaints there
I have been using these truckers for a while now and never really had any problems with them. Only driver didn't speak good english other than that the service was great. On time pick up and delivery, car arrived dirty but I know it was over 2000 miles on the open transport.
Service was great , received my container on time . Highly recommend UBOXIT containers ,very affordable and happily putting my storage shed to use . No more clutter inside my home. I love that it's weather proof , keeps my valuable items damage-free .
The service is nice.
Transported our vehicle from California to Tennessee. Roof sustained $1,800 damage when driver went through some trees. Despite damage being noted on bill of lading, denied claim and responsibility. I have tried to deal with them for 10 months without success, so I am resorting to leaving honest feedback. Recommend you spare yourself problems and use a different company.
hired this company to transport my 94 Jaguar from California to Tennessee. Car was flawless when purchased, arrived 1 week later with damage to the rear bumper, including broken taillight. Asked driver for insurance information and his only concern was that he was due for a raise and now wouldn't get one. Said he wanted to pay for repairs out of his pocket so instead of turning the vehicle over to me he loaded back onto the transport at which time he cracked the front air-dam. $2900 in damages and EZH still hasn't filed an insurance claim, in fact, I have been chasing this for a month now. I wouldn't contract EZH to move a doghouse. Very unprofessional company that obviously thinks the damage they caused to my vehicle is my problem. Have yet to even hear from the owners and they have nor returned messages left for them by the insurance adjuster. They must think if they ignore long enough the problem will go away. Next step is a lawsuit I'm filing next week while in CA on business.
