Why don’t they state their hours on this page or when you get their answering machine they say call in regular hours yet they don’t give you the hours. Can’t they think it might be a good idea to tell people .

We love this library. It has a cozy little reading room for kids with stuffed animals. It's easy to navigate and has nice sunlight and tables.
Love my local library. Nice, bright, clean and quiet. The staff is always helpful, but only the younger guy is actually really friendly.
Los Angeles has recently put some thought into their new library design and construction and this one shows it well. The facility is new, clean and has cool modern features like the conveyor system used for returning books. Parking is tough, the lot under the building fills quickly as does the street. The kids section is open to the main room which means we are constantly shushing our kids, but they still enjoy being here.
Great local library. When our kids were younger they loved going to the story time held here. The kids section makes up about 1/3 of the whole place and has a great and rotating selection.
Recent renovations make this a good resource on campus at USC. Easy bike parking out front and a Starbucks next door.
A beautiful old library on the USC campus. Plenty of space to sit and read or you can wander and look at books. Plus there's a cafe in the back patio.
The building is exquisite, particularly the absolutely gorgeous children's section. Being downtown, there are a LOT of homeless people hanging out inside and out, sometimes looking at skeevy things on library computers. Being so big, this place can be hard to navigate, but staff is (generally) good about pointing you in the right direction.
This is a nice, relatively new building, but the parking located underneath the building is very limited. Street parking is not really an option nearby. They have self-checkout for books, which can be more of a pain than it's actually worth, if you ask me.
