Black organizations claiming to help Black people all over the nation have done nothing but tout the same rhetoric for the past fifty years. This paper does nothing for the enhancing of the American people. Unity between Blacks and Whites and the progress we've made as individual Americans; goes to just that the individual Black and White Americans. Everyday we Americans find and recognize the commonalities we share and the fact that we can and will get along! But a paper like this that doesn't even mention Jackie Lacey and the position she takes in regards to justice should make this paper take a good look in the mirror.
Used the Daily Journal for their fictitious business name publications. The people I've worked with to get the publications done have been very helpful and efficient. Have not had any problems with the publications being printed as required. I would recommend.
Happy to support the Times in this age where newspapers are a dying breed. Delivery is always consistent and I think the reporting is fantastic. Interesting features, and they seem to have kept up with offering online content without sacrificing the print version.
Not nearly the paper it used to be, but the best we have in LA. We subscribe for home delivery Thursday through Sunday to get the weekend papers.
It's nice to have this tabloid-sized newspaper reporting on happenings in the 'hood, even if it only comes out once a month. A lot of the "columns" are clearly submitted by laymen, but that's okay. It's kind of sweet, actually (especially the articles written by kids). Occasionally get some good neighborhood intel from the Ledger.
