una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en mi vida! los empleados son unprofessional como es posible que por telefono( el cual solo contestan despues de las 2:30pm si es que contestan) me digan que me pueden procesar el DNI y renovar el pasaporte el mismo dia en la misma cita y cuando llego alla con todos los documentos, dinero y fotos que me pidieron por telefono me digan que nada sirve?!? yo viaje como 8 horas desde Arizona solo para encontrarme con gente buena para nada, que no estan ahi para ayudar al publico sino para poner un pero a todo y deshacerse de ti lo antes posible.. solo para seguir haciendo nada que es lo que hacen.. nose para que me dieron cita si igual me atendieron en la ventanilla como cualquier walk in person... y la manera de tratar ala gente con comentarios fuera de lugar como : quien tiene la culpa de no renovar sus papeles a tiempo... usted!!!... que estan fuera del caso y de contexto.real mente me da mucha pena y verguenza escribir todo esto pero no se puede tapar...

i can not believe peruvian service is the same as peru, in other words horrible, people feels better than any peruvian just because they have a government position. people speak rude to peruvians costumer, the peruvian employee of the consulate Peruvian general dont even have the pleasure to serve their own comunity. That way how they are is the same as peru, nothing has been change, that's the reason why our countrie is fuck up because unprofessional people like them exist. Do you know what I mean? I have tried 12 years to get my French passport renewed after it was stolen and the French Consulate of L.A. county is impossible to reach. I have tried over the phone, email, tried to make appointment etc. The emergency number on the website and the message machine doesn't work. This is RIDICULOUS. My flights to France leave in a few weeks and I will not be able to work in France without new Fr passports. Any advice?
