My wife got rear-ended and the rear bumper was pretty messed up.What I liked right off the bat was meeting VK. He had a good mix of casual, business-like, and friendly. I like that he shook my hand--something you don't get much of these days, but it's still something that I think says a lot about a man.Anyway, I felt comfortable that he was on the up and up. Still, I've heard so many bad stories about getting screwed by body shops, that I was a little nervous. VK patiently answered my questions on a couple of different phone calls I made to him so that set my mind at ease. Just for the heck of it, I got 2 more estimates--they were both higher and the other two shops weren't as friendly and I didn't feel like they really cared whether or not they got my business or not. So I went back to ICC and let them get to work on my car. I dropped it off on a Monday morning and they said it would probably be ready by Friday. Once they tore the bumper down, they found some other damage and said they had to order a part and so the car wouldn't be ready until after the weekend. But then somehow, on Friday morning they called me and told me it was ready, so that was a pleasant surprise!I picked up the car and met Nelson. He was also very friendly and professional. The car looked great. They buffed out the paint and cleaned the interior too. (Something I definitely wasn't expecting.) I hope I don't ever need to get any bodywork done again, but if I do, I'll go to ICC!

GM VK is a true professional. I think it is safe to say that he made a strong impression in a short amount of time. In my case, I was at an important juncture in a car buying process and needed a frame and body examined for any remnants of faulty collision repair (thanks Carfax). I called VK after seeing the stellar reviews and he did not disappoint. After we talked for a bit, he knew exactly what was needed and said he'd fit me in same day. I took the car in and VK or Vic, spent about 30 minutes combing the car like a detective at a crime scene. He painstakingly looked for any sign of subpar repair(s) that might make my prospective car buy a no-go. He patiently fielded every question I had and explained the details of what he observed. He even used a high tech device that measured paint thickness, which is a sure sign of prior repair. He broke down everything in layman's term and we discussed the weight of each item he observed, and what effect, if any, it would make on vehicle performance. He never once seemed rushed. Ultimately James gave me a clear and unbiased professional opinion that allowed me to purchase the car with the assurance that only an expert can provide. As I type this I am breathing a sigh of relief that the car I worked hard to find was a solid buy and VK confirmed that. And the kicker? His time, understanding, and professional opinion,....free of charge! Thanks VK,......I owe ya one! This industry needs more guy like Vic AKA VK.
Nelson and VK really do know how to conduct their business with a sense of modesty, honesty, and courtesy I've never seen before in the auto repair world. I was given timely calls and friendly updates on the status of my car throughout the whole repair. (lasted ~2 weeks) Worked around my schedule that Ive seen fit. and have very nice waiting rooms. friendly attentive staff that always pick up their phones and return calls (something I do not feel happen a lot with other shops) Nelson gave me a thorough accurate estimate on my front fender bender. Kept within my budget and made sure the whole process was done before giving the thumbs up for me to pick up my car. He even went great lengths to give me advice on the parts I bought for installation. Such as applying free sealant to prevent corrosion on the hood I bought for my car. (I didnt have money to afford the whole thing painted) the new Front headlamps I bought didnt fit when I asked them to install. and instead of buying entirely new headlamps which an ordinary shop would do. they just bought the piece needed to make the old lamps fit and work again. This is true honesty that shone through here. and is invaluable for any budget-minded college student paying out of pocket for an accident. Trust me. This place is very good.
I'm grateful to my Mercury Agent who sent me to ICC as I was very satisfied when I got my car back.Someone rear-ended my car after getting off the freeway, so the bumper was basically destroyed. The other person's insurance (AllState) had to pay everything since the other driver was 100% liable, but they originally estimated the damages to be about $600, and claimed that other damages they saw in the car were from previous accidents so they will not be paying for them. I chose ICC after being referred and reading these reviews, and their staff got right on it. After a few days, ICC informed me that they believed the accident actually caused damages well more than $600, and they told me that they'll take care of it with AllState and keep me posted. A few days after that, AllState called to let me know that ICC was correct, and that they'll pay an additional $800. That's a pretty significant amount they wouldn't have paid if ICC didn't call them on it.In addition to that, ICC arranged my rental cars, and when I got my own car back in a timely manner.Great auto experts, great service, very professional. Highly recommended. Takes the stress out of what would otherwise be a very stressful process.
My recent experience with MB Picasso was very positive. I rear-ended a brand new Mercedes G55 Wagon last week. The owner of the vehicle really wanted to work with me and allowed me to refer her to MB Picasso. MB Picasso has worked on my fleet vehicle several times over the past two years and every time I have had a great experience. Let me tell you, both the owner of the vehicle and myself were WOW'd by the meticulous attention to detail of the vehicle and quick turn around time. All Mercedes original parts were ordered within 24 hours and they kept me in the loop about everything. This high-end luxury vehicle looked better than it did before and I am not exaggerating (they waxed it). From my experience I can now say that the work done here is better quality than a dealer. I drive over 50K miles a year and have seen a lot of work done over the years to my vehicles. Also, Robert, the owner, provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received from any type of business. He has contacts all around the city that clearly respect him and it helps to make the entire process smoother. Thank you Robert.
I love coming here to get my car fixed... Yeah. I was here 2 times already because of car damages. I really should drive more carefully.The first time was when my front bumper got scratched pretty bad and it was such an eyesore to look at, so I came here for an estimate. It was about $800 to get it fixed, and they did a very good job on it. They replaced the front bumper and also fixed my broken sidemarker and my weather strip. VK was helping me out for the first time and he was really helpful.The second time I rear-ended someone. My hood was all bent and crushed and whatnot, and I definitely needed to get it fixed. Nelson was helping me this time and he was also really helpful and informative. He also remembered me and my brother! :) Anyways, he made everything really smooth and easy for me. He called Hertz to pick me up to get a rental car. In 2 weeks, they finished fixing my car and it looked like nothing happened to my car! If you have any problems with your car, you should definitely come here to get it fixed. They gave me the cheapest estimate than other car shops and does a very good job on your car.
Allow me to add another 5 stars to this body shop...Got rear ended, not too much damage. The only reason I wanted to get an estimate was because the guy who rear ended me was not professional to me. To be honest, if he wasn't such like that, I would have let it go. But nope. He was rude, mean, insulting, and condescending, so off to ICC Collision Center I went!I was greeted by Edvard. I told him the story and that I just wanted an estimate so I can give it to Sir. He asked me to pull my car out so he could drive out the car in front of me so my car could take its place and he could look at it, which I already thought was super nice considering I just wanted an estimate. Without giving too much detail, he basically told me that the car wasn't actually worth fixing because EVERY car has something. Can you believe that!?He gave me the estimate and stood in the street to make sure I backed out safely. Love you ICC!
I just got my car back from this shop and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. It was sent in for some paint work and the result is pretty much exactly what I wanted. VK worked with me every step of the way and explained exactly what needed to be done. There was no stone left unturned and the entire process was very transparent. He was also able to accommodate both my budget and schedule. In addition to all this, ICC was able to finish my car ahead of schedule which saved me a day's rental expense. There are many body shops that just reek of sleazeball when you walk in; ICC is not one of those. Nelson and VK were all very friendly and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured into anything. As stated earlier, they do excellent work and the finished cars they have waiting for pickup should be more than enough to convince you of that. Don't forget to snatch some free drinks from the lobby!
What an AMAZING surprise!Having just moved back to California after years in France, I rented a car from Entreprise for six weeks. Sadly, I bumped a white pole fueling up for gas that left marks on the front bumper that I couldn't get out myself. I stopped by quickly at an Entreprise and was told the marks would get me a 350 charge or more!Thinking this was a major rip-off, I took things into my own hands, and called ICC at 5.30 pm. Eventhough ICC was about to close at 6pm, he told me to come over and he would try to do a quick job to fix the problem issue.20 minutes later, some sanding, and buffing and a quick layer of paint..... the bumper looked almost new.The biggest surprise came when I asked for the bill- Nelson said it was FREE.Wow! Great service at the last minute and some nice of them to help a damsel in Rental car distress.
I can't say enough good things about Edvard and the rest of the team at ICC. What really sets them apart is the customer service. They go out of their way to make sure you experience the minimum amount of inconvenience, and will consistently go the extra mile to ensure that you're completely satisfied. You end up feeling like their best customer, no matter how small the job.Of course, the work is top notch as well. I love my car and am very particular, and the team at ICC did not let me down. In fact, I would describe the condition of my car when I got it back as better than new. I know two other people who have had work done at here in K Town as well, and I can testify to the high quality of these repairs. Having body work done on your car is never fun, but the folks at ICC make it relatively painless. Highly recommended.
