Best car buying experience I ever had. I will never use a dealer again. They found the exact car I wanted, negotiated the best deal, arranged financing and delivered my new car to my home, with a free full tank of gas. Incredible!
I bought my first car from European Auto House couple of days ago and I'm so happy Alex was a pleasure to deal with love my new 2016 CLA250 very smooth process he even knew where to send it so I would only have one inquiry on my credit file! not like other places that send it to many different places and lower credit score as of result, consider these guys for your next luxury car purchase . Thanks again Alex you are the best
Great experience. Alex and Dan are the best. Very easy transaction. Thank you. Will recommend to friends.
I refer Okuma to all my friends and family. I have been leasing my cars through Okuma for almost 10 years now. They make car buying/ leasing a piece of cake! All you have to tell them is the year, make, model, color, and all the must have accessories, down payment amount, and monthly payments and they'll do all the work to find the car. Their company removes the stress and saves you time. There is no fee like the other car brokers out there and they deliver. What else can you ask for! Thank you Zina, Jay, and Garrett!
Having taken by car to service departments at other Audi dealerships closer to where I live, I was skeptical of how pleasant my experience might be. But service manager Valentine Rautescu was friendly and accommodating throughout the process, making it clear how important it is to drive the extra mile for better service. I can't recommend the service department of Audi of Downtown LA -- and specifically Valentine -- any more highly!
On 6/12, I Called WT For An Auto Trans Replacement. I Asked If It Could Be Done That Day And WT Said Yes And Told Me To Bring It In. WT Closed Shop That Day Without Finishing The Job. I Never Received A Phone Call Saying So, Nor Did WT Provide Me With A Loaner Rental Car As Clearly Stated On Their Website. On 6/13, WT Called And Only Said That My Car Was Ready, No Mention Of Additional Services/Costs. When I Went Into WT, They Said That My Car Was Four Quarts (Just Had An Oil Change A Month Ago So This Is An Obvious Lie. And 4 Quarts Low Means 100% Empty, Which My Car Showed No Signs Of) Low On Engine Oil And That It Was Over $100 Additional. It's Required That Auto Shops Obtain Approval From Customers Before Performing Additional Services, WT Did Not Do That Despite Having Ample Opportunity To. A Physical Altercation Ensued When The Mr. Hardass Cashier (Steven Rios) Refused To Honor The Originally Quoted Price. After The Employee Who Quoted Me Arrived (Jack Debasc), Who Did Not Help Diffuse The Situation By Walking In And Yelling After Everyone Had Already Calmed Down. WT Eventually Agreed To The Originally Quoted Price, But They Wanted Me To Pay Cash (Over $1000) So That I Wouldn't Be Able To Dispute The Charge (Which Is Totally Incriminating And Just Outright Unprofessional Thing To Do To A Customer When That Customer Called You Out For Attempting To Commit Auto Repair Fraud Against Them.) WT Lost All Credibility And Respect From Me.
I had this company rebuild my transmission and torque converter in July 0f 2014 on my 1993 G-30 Chevrolet van. It cost me over $2,900 and was given a 24 month or 24K warranty (which ever came first) for the work. I live out of state and travel frequently out of state in the van and had only used it sparingly while storing it for several months of the year in a covered storage facility. I had only 10,400 miles on the van when the van's transmission failed again. Unfortunately I was unable to have it towed 150 miles back to them since the cost of this would have been excessive. I had it towed to Tehachapi Transmission shop in Tehachapi, CA for an estimate where they discovered the work Westside Transmission's rebuild was poorly done and in fact two bolts within the transmission were not torqued down and came loose causing extensive internal damage due to blocking the flow of transmission fluid and overheating to the transmission. I offered Westside Transmission photos and to discuss the matter with the other Tehachapi Transmission mechanic who assessed the damage but they declined. Westside Transmission offered to rebuild my van's transmission again for $2,700 by discounting it $200 for me. I opted not to since it was their negligence that caused it to break down again with so little miles since they rebuilt it. I asked them to reconsider a larger discount since it had only 10,400 miles since they rebuilt it but they declined citing the warranty had expired. Westside Transmission originally told me they would honor their work outside L.A. if the transmission failed during the warranty since I now live and travel outside CA most of the time citing “as long as a certified transmission mechanic.” Obviously they were not willing to do this by insisting to have it towed to them and not giving more than a $200 discount for their work that should have been done right the first time.
Lonna quickly diagnosed the problem and had me pain free within a few sessions. Ever since then, I have been going back on a regular basis for my "tune ups," as she calls them. I always look forward to my visits and feel amazing after seeing Lonna. As a professional dancer I highly recommend her to any dancers, yogis, and athletes of any kind.
They way under cut me on my trade in and tried to act like they gave me a deal on a new car. They handed over my personal information to people I didn't authorize .
