Their customer service is so terrible, women though I was a telemarketer and hung up on me twice. I asked her what type of janitorial they use because there dispatch center is so filthy and dirty they don't clean it at all. They are violating at least 5 health and safety codes. Other then that delivery services are superb. Have no complaints there
Everyone who works here is rude. The guy who picks up practically hangs up on you and is very rude when you call for pick up. I would not recommend this place,
I have been using these truckers for a while now and never really had any problems with them. Only driver didn't speak good english other than that the service was great. On time pick up and delivery, car arrived dirty but I know it was over 2000 miles on the open transport.
Transported our vehicle from California to Tennessee. Roof sustained $1,800 damage when driver went through some trees. Despite damage being noted on bill of lading, denied claim and responsibility. I have tried to deal with them for 10 months without success, so I am resorting to leaving honest feedback. Recommend you spare yourself problems and use a different company.
hired this company to transport my 94 Jaguar from California to Tennessee. Car was flawless when purchased, arrived 1 week later with damage to the rear bumper, including broken taillight. Asked driver for insurance information and his only concern was that he was due for a raise and now wouldn't get one. Said he wanted to pay for repairs out of his pocket so instead of turning the vehicle over to me he loaded back onto the transport at which time he cracked the front air-dam. $2900 in damages and EZH still hasn't filed an insurance claim, in fact, I have been chasing this for a month now. I wouldn't contract EZH to move a doghouse. Very unprofessional company that obviously thinks the damage they caused to my vehicle is my problem. Have yet to even hear from the owners and they have nor returned messages left for them by the insurance adjuster. They must think if they ignore long enough the problem will go away. Next step is a lawsuit I'm filing next week while in CA on business.
