About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Fantastic place for the kids and family to not only view trains but climb on them and take all the photos you want. You can rent train cabs to have birthdays in as well. Free parking and admission. Nominal fee for the train ride that goes around the park.

If you or your kids are even remotely interested in cars you need to make at least one visit here. They have a great Hot Wheels section that kids love. Nice tours as well with plenty of cool old cars, movie cars to see. I would suggest some more patient tour guides though - kids can be a bit excited and tour guides need to realize they don't have the listening patience most adults may have.

This is a great little museum with lots of hands on experiences. It's pretty small so we usually go to the art museum too. Our favorite part is the wall of Wolf skulls.

This museum is very beautiful and large. I brought my two kids here which was very difficult to keep them in order. There are lots of no touching rules, staying away from the walls, not crossing lines, and keeping your backpack in front of you. Definitely don't recommend this as a kids place.

This is a fun place to visit when you are in Hollywood it's really cool to see all the rooms with the memorabilia, I especially loved all the Marilyn Monroe stuff. The elevator is huge, and when I was there for an event there was a bar inside the elevator.

I love LACMA. My children have both been Next Gen members since they were toddlers. It is such an amazing organization with so much to offer the city of L.A.

I have driven by this place a thousand times, always curious about it's inside contents. The space is really cool. I stopped with my girls to check it out on a Wed. since LACMA was closed. The current exhibits were fine. I may return if there is an exhibit that intrigues me. The gift shop has some great items. One of those spots you can pick up a unique gift for someone.

Free museum with several big trains to look at. There's a little train ride for low cost, too. It's mostly outside with some indoor areas.

Ok, I'm not going to rate the facility and amenities because this museum is just a store front on a Chinatown side street. The exhibit signage is often just notes, hand-written with a Sharpie on notebook paper. Yes, this is a museum dedicated to black velvet paintings. So is this place worth the $10. Heck yes. The Unicorn Birthing Room (yes, really) alone is worth the $10. Meeting the owner, Carl, is worth the $10. This is museum is a delight: a real celebration of the low-brow, kitchy, common and fun. Go!

Wonderful! The cars are amazing with a lot of very rare makes and models. Took a tour of the vault and enjoyed it immensely. If you love cars, this is the place to visit!
