Good place to have a pregame meal. We had half price appetizers before the clipper game. Egg rolls, sliders, onion rings and boneless wings. All were hot and tasty
Fun eclectic place. We went for the tour on Saturday, then we went by the cafeteria to get food. Food was pretty good.
The service is horrible and the food wasn't much better. We were there at 6:00pm on a Saturday and they were out of hamburger buns. This place is known for their burger and our food server recommended the burgers. We had to ask for refills on water and wait 45 minutes for our food. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I will never go back!
I went here on Saturday night and this place was packed. It's a bit hard to find a seat because they didn't have "wait to be seated" system. You had find it yourself. What's great about this place was they had a live band every Friday and Saturday night. It was pretty cool, though I think they could lower down the volume a little bit.The food was pretty good, I ordered their grilled cheese with fries, double chocolate pumpkin pie, and americano. They use Equator coffee brand which was nice.
The pastrami was not as good as Langer's. I won't go the slightly extra distance to come here. I did like the cookies and pastries sold in the front of the restaurant, but they are expensive.
Although the food was all vegan, it was certainly not the healthiest; however, it tasted great. If you are on a diet, go here on a "cheat day" and you won't be disappointed. We ate the Big Ol Chop Salad, Classic Cheeseburger, Double D Burger with Bacon Cheese Fries, Oreo Cake, and a Strawberry Cupcake. The only negative was the food was a bit on the oily side but as I said, "it's great for a cheat day". The next time in we have to try the Fried Chicken Basket.
This is my favorite neighborhood restaurant. The quality and preparation of the food is consistent and always outstanding. The acoustics in the restaurant is good which makes it easy to have a conversation or do business over a meal.
If you can get in, the food is good. It's a pity the hype has made it virtually impossible to get in. Time to find a new brekky place.
If you are hankering for an Aussie meat pie this is the place to go. It has a great selection of pies as well as the old favorite sausage rolls and lammingtons for the sweet tooth. It is tucked down a side alley and Parking can be hard to find, but worth the effort.
Located in the ACE Hotel, this spot has great cocktails and small plates. The mussels were delicious!!
