This Medical Group cannot get their act together! I had a terrible experience six months ago! Unfortunately my medical insurance can only approve UMI for a MRA scan. I called on Friday January 13, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. to schedule my appointment. The operator told me that their phone system was down, to leave my name and telephone number and that someone would call me back to schedule the appointment. I waited till 1 p.m. that day approx. 3.5 hours. I did not receive any call. I called and spoke to the receptionist who again told me that the phone system was still down and that someone would be calling me back later that day. I waited till 4 p.m. No one called me. So I called and asked for a supervisor, I was hung up on. I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on again! Unbelievable! I called the corporate office and spoke to the Executive Director for UMI, Connie Salazar. She assured me that she would personally schedule my appointment. So I let Saturday and Sunday pass by, then I waited all day Monday January 16, 2017. I did not receive a call from the Executive Director! I waited till Tuesday around 3:45 p.m. and I called the Executive Director on her cell phone. She was surprised to hear from me and she told me that she needed to put me on hold. I waited and waited for about 10 minutes, she finally came back on the line and asked me if she could call me back later. I really could not believe what was happening again! She did not make my appointment, she was just starting to do the leg work on what she was suppose to to on Friday and Monday. No Tuesday and no appointment! I told her that I was very disappointed in her, she reminded me of her title, Executive Director! I said, " your title does not mean anything when you cannot honor and live up to it's expectations. I asked her for her supervisor's name, she felt insulted and rattled two names to me so I could not remember them or get them written down. This United Medical Imaging is CURSED! Staff does not care about the patients's quality of care. They can barely speak english! They do not follow up! They drop the ball repeatedly! I am going to contact their investor group. They need to know that these people are squandering their money! People, if you are sick and in need of radiology, MRI, MRA or Ultrasound testing, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Your time is precious, you need to be healing and these people have built a brick wall and the patients cannot get their services.
This my 2nd time at this office and the lady working the front desk is very rude she has very poor skill is a client services My fist time I was there I though she was having a bad day but today she has only 2 patients head of me and she still very rude and very poor client services .. She need to find another job because she doesn't like what she's doing ... I am not caning back to this place ever again ..
I have been using XCast for 1 year and was recently charged for a whole bunch of calls and was told that someone hacked my system. However, they are unable to provide me with any reports showing any of the calls and refuse to credit my account claiming it's all my responsibility per the agreement. All of my funds were pre-paid so I'm basically at their mercy. This whole experience is unreal and I feel that I'm being robbed directly by XCast and not sure what I can do. So far, I've stopped using their service but still are unable to get reporting or response to resolve the issues. I do not recommend this company to anyone and hope people can see my review and hopefully not get scammed like I did....
