Very good counter person, prompt and helpful. Corporate policies on the other hand not quite as good with 'antiquated' thinking which does not help to further business. You need to review and adjust 'upgrade policy' or people will keep Going to Boost stores! Ouch! Food for thought . Wake up!!!
I would give them zero stars if possible. I bought an iPhone X and had to return it because the cellular data sucked. I had no data for a total of 5 days out of the two weeks I had the phone. They ordered a “new one” and when I saw it it was looked used. The clerk said that Apple had sent it like that and that I could go to the Apple store to try to get a different one. They seriously thought that I was going to take a used and refurbished phone for the price of a new one. These people are a joke. I didn’t take the phone they had ordered me and went to another store. The person there told me what to say at the Apple store so that they gave me a new phone on the spot. Well...it worked!!! This store is on Central avenue in Glendale. Lucy is her name if you want real customer service. She activated the new phone and even gave me a new SIM card. Overall, don’t go to the corporate store, they only want to sell and they don’t even answer the phone. I called 7 times and they ignored the call 5 times before answering.

Wow!! I'm so happy I found these guys on YellowPages. I took a trip to the store and my issue was resolved within 24hrs! I'm a retired software support person so I struggled with my issue for three hours before realizing I should have just brought it to these guys was frustrating after the fact. Ray was the technician assigned me out and I was really impressed with work on my computer. He had great knowledge, professionalism and kind manner. I'll be using Spring Street Mac for all of my technology issues!
This is the worst T-Mobile Store ever! The so called manager, Samil, was very rude to female customer. "AVOID THIS STORE" They don't even greet and make the customer feel comfortable. With this kind of service especially from a manager, this store should be close. They give bad reputations to T-Mobile.
I usually go here for new phones and upgrades but it's not cuz I think they are so great, Just closed to my house.
I had to get a phone switched over to my phone number and they were able to do it here. The service was slow and I wasn't overall impressed.
Great place to get s temporary phone. Lost my phone last year before my renewal. Ended up with a month to month phone between.
