Do not waste your time or money living anywhere else but The Lorenzo! This place has everything you could ask for and more. With 3 pools, a 3 story gym, a movie theater, 2 NBA size basketball courts, and so much more, the Lorenzo deserves 5 stars no doubt about it! 5 Stars
The Best thing to happen near USC! Lorenzo redefines student living.
We were visiting a friend at Lorenzo, but the main parking lot was totally full. We went to talk to the security guard and Alfred R. was so accommodating. He was friendly, kind, and most of all understanding. He went out of his way to find us a spot and made sure we were able to park. Hope for more security guards like him! They could really learn something from Alfred. Thanks so much Alfred, really made our night awesome!
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the Lorenzo! I lived here for a few years and it was the best decision I had ever made. The amenities included within the apartments included 4 pools, volleyball courts, recreational areas that had pool & air hockey tables available. Not to mention, the gym is available for use 24/7 and there is a movie theater there as well! I literally felt like anything I could need or want was at my fingertips.What also made the entire experience so enjoyable was the fact that the leasing process went so smoothly. Alex Karibyan, my leasing agent, was professional and great with all of my questions. The entire staff at The Lorenzo really go out of their way to make sure everything is comfortable for their residents. Resident services and management were always on top of their game to make sure they handled any concern I might have had! Couldn't have asked for a better living situation.
Lorenzo has great facilities. I enjoy the music room a lot . Security staff from front desk Mr. Lopez is very helpful.

My son now lives at this place, he seems to love it. one check pays all expenses. controlled entry, urgent care clinic on site,meal plan available.
The Lorenzo has changed in the 4 years that I have lived here... The main reason is because of Courtesy Patrol, Mouton. He has made living here so livable and always helps me resolved my issues.
