They did not give me a refund. It is 100$ They lie and they told me we are going to give you a refund after 10 day but they didn't, 3 months left and they did not give me any thing, every day Called them and they told me we are not in the office now call us later
Zero stars if it was up to me. We placed a reservation online three weeks in advance. On the day of the pick-up, we arrived on time and I was told that the car that I had reserved was not available. The whole purpose of paying for a reservation is so that you have a car reserved. I walked out, and called Hertz directly and to my surprise, Hertz wasn't able to help us either. They "searched" all Hertz location near my area, and no one had a car available for us. They suggested that I go to LAX to pick-up a car. This meant that I would have to drive to LAX from Downtown LA. One, I didn't have a car to get there, and two I would have to spend more money to uber my way, money that wasn't within my budget. Not only did I get bad customer service from this location, I also go bad customer service from Hertz in general because when I called to complaint all they told me was that "There's nothing they can do". I wasn't offered anything to rectify the problem. They charge your card in a blink of an eye, for the reservations, but for the refund it will take 7-10 business days.
Terrible customer service. We were rear ended on our way to return the car and have had nothing but trouble with Fox corporate. They are extremely unprofessional, responding with rude emails and failing to help at all. I understand they want their money, but I am not an insurance company, nor am I the guy that hit us. I wasn’t even the driver, so no need to be rude to me. The process is slow for claims, but Fox expects us to somehow speed it up AND pay out of pocket now so they don’t have to wait for the process to finish. I have a great insurance company and they even stated that they can’t believe how unprofessional Fox has been. DO NOT USE IN ANY STATE!
This place doens't even deserve one star! They have no customer service and the most disgusting car selection I have ever seem ANYWHERE in the world. Our car was full of stains inside and scratches everywhere outside, and it had over 90K miles, on a rental car! Not to mention they rented us an unsafe vehicle with broken break lights, broken headlights, and broken bright lights, plus one of the tire sensors was on. When we called about our concerns they did nothing, didn't even try to help. Oh, and their "free airport pick-up" is them utilizing the Hilton's shuttle service which is down the street.
Easy process to checking in with my Costco Travel reservation(far better deal than anywhere else). Picking out car was a breeze. Drop off was just as easy. Shuttle to and from airport was a 5-10 ride. Shuttles wait time was less than 5 minutes going each way. I'd definitely rent from here again....thru Costco of course.
Staff is ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. I live on the West Side and have tried other locations, but no one beats the staff at the La Cienega/Pico location
Smoothest operation I've ever seen. Even my teens commented on how well organized the system was. Pick up from airport was fast and efficient, we arrived at the Enterprise lot with a bus full of other travelers and the whole process of coming in and leaving the lot took exactly ten minutes. This is including the nice guys outside letting me pick my own choice of car within my category. One of the best experiences I had with Enterprise, and I rent a lot for work.
Enterprise is the only car rental that allows you to rent using your debit card instead of credit cards. I'm very pleased with the service I receive from all the Staff. I've been a customer for over 15yrs. Hank

The Service was excellent, I wasn't harrassed about getting additional insurance like some rental car companies do. The service was quick and easy. And I got a really good price for 6 days,it wasn't over a $100.00
