Cathedral Of Our Lady Of The Angels, Los Angeles, CaliforniaThe reason of Why I went to the church service today is because Jose Jordan lost his partner Russell Knight back on Sunday, November 27, 2016, there was a Special Service that was Reserved for Russell Knight, however, during the service they did Not Mention His Name, but the service was absolutely and totally Reserved In His Name for the Remembrance Of His Death.They even had his name written in their Notebook as well with Jose Jordan's name mentioned too since he is the only close survivor known to Rusty Knight.Furthermore, I was the only one who showed up for this Very Special Service today at 12:10 p.m. back on Monday, November 27, 2017. The people who work ther could not give proper directions to get to the lot. Never found the place. Went to another lot that was cheaper. Nearly missed our flight. Do not use these people. Then they had the nerve to charge my credit card. How pathetic.
I've been parking here for years and have usually been pretty happy, but they have gone way downhill and I will have to find a new place to park.Both elevators were out of service when we arrived on Friday meaning you have to go back to the far end of the garage and take two different elevators to get to ground floor. They had signs on the elevators saying that parts were on the way and elevators would be back in service soon. We flew back into LAX after midnight on Sunday and waited almost an hour and never got picked up. Texted 3 times. Tried calling, but no one answered. Finally took the Crowne Plaza shuttle. Once again, both elevators out of service. Walked by the office on the way to the far elevators and there is a manager in the office. The door was locked, but he opened it when I pounded on it and had no explanation for not answering the phone. He said that as of the 23rd, they were only allowed to pick up on the upper level. This was not mentioned in the text replies or on the recording when I called. And all the other parking lots were still picking up on the lower level.I called the next day and spoke to an assistant manager who was no help at all. He offered a vague apology, but nothing else. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn't authorize it. I asked to speak to the general manager and he was not available. Left my name and number, but of course, he never called.
This is my go to LAX parking. With a valet reservation you guarantee a space available, and you can get in and out of the garage normally in under 5 minutes. The prices are ok, but you can always download a coupon online for a healthy discount. The only thing keeping this from a 5 is the wait time on return. Sometimes it is super short, but sometimes you can wait 20+ minutes.
I showed up at this facility with a valet reservation before a late night flight. I waited in the valet bay for 10 minutes for someone to help me, but they just kept walking past helping other customers. I finally asked someone what was going on and they told me I had to go inside. I went inside and waited another 5 minutes in line only to be told that I needed to wait outside for someone to help me. Grrrr. And they didn't even offer a discount after it took me 20 minutes to to drop my car off at valet. I will not be going back here.
I had very bad experience with Sam's Parking!!! Left my car there for six days and when I picked it up it had scratches. I submitted a claim twice and never heard back from them. I tried calling them when they hear that I am not calling about the reservation they place me on hold or they gave this bogus claim department number, when I tried to call this number it says that the mailbox is full and they are not accepting any more calls. Try calling them again it is impossible dealing with them. Do not ever leave your vehicle there!
I love this service! You drive to them, then they drive you in your car to the airport. When you get back, they bring your car back to the airport and you drive away. It's fantastic and so easy!
Incredibly easy, conveniently located near the airport. We parked and barely had time to get out of the car before the pickup shuttle was at our car and ready to get us loaded and on our way! Will never take Super Shuttle to the airport or park in the terminal parking again!
Car was damaged, vandalized and robbed. Terrible company. You are safer parking your car on the street.
DO NOT PARK HERE! We came out of lax 10:10 PM We called for my pick-up shuttle they told me it will be there in 10 to 15 minute, 20 min later I called to see what happen to my shuttle they told me its on his way, after 4 times calling and 40 minute my 7 years old son fall a sleep on the LAX branch. Other shutter company van come by 5 times for a pick up. Later the driver show up full of people in the van. Then he start drop people off to Embassy suit and other parking lot so he can make quick buck on the side. We got to the parking lot at 11 pm. When we got to the parking lot the person in the office was very rude and just hanging out with his friend he told me he those not have drivers like that was my fault, he try to offer me free car wash when I go back next time, I told him that it will not be a next time and if we walk from LAX to parking lot we will get there faster then 40 min, then he charge me full price of the parking and he was very rude worst customer service ever.
