The Walgreen's Store Manager Named Sergio A. Offered Me One Of The Worst Customer Service Experiences Ever! Disgusting!Back on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at approximately 2:00 P.M., I went into your Walgreens location at: 5467 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90036 (323) 525-0646 and had a Horrible, Disgusting Shopping Experience.I had four (4) Procter & Gamble Coupons to Cover ME for Four (4) Oral-B Toothbrushes and when I got up to the cashier to explain the coupons, he acted like he Never Accepted Legitimate Coupons before and he referred ME to one of his onsite managers whom I believe goes by the name of Sergio A.Well this so called manager of yours was Extremely Awful and Unhelpful!The first thing he says is that he can Not Accept My Legitimate Procter & Gamble Coupons and says that there is a number written on each one. Well that was written on each one by another store of whom I was going to purchase the toothbrushes, but did Not because I felt that they were overpriced which is Why I came into Walgreen's instead. I had a very positive experience at this pharmacy. I found a nice spot on the street, although they have parking in the lot too. The place is very welcoming. The pharmacist got my order ready called me and went over everything with me personally. He is very knowledgable in his area and beyond. I will def go back.

I Did Not Have A Very Good Rite Aid Shopping Experience!Back on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at approximately 12:30 p.m., I visited your local downtown Rite Aid store located at: 500 South Broadway Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90013 (213) 623-5820 and did Not Have A Very Good Rite Aid Shopping Experience.The Waiting Lines were Horrendous and Your Female Store Employee that was servicing ME could have Invited ME to come Right To The Front Of The Line and/or offered ME a Chair To Sit Down since she could see that My Right Foot Was All Bandaged Up Because I Am In Extreme Pain Just Above The Heel At The Back Of My Foot.Well It Gets Much Worst Than That: When I finally got to the Front Counter To Pay For My Things, I realized that I Did Not Have A Plastic Spoon For My Yogurt and I asked the Exact, Same Cashier If She Could Please Get Me A Plastic Spoon For My Yogurt since it was somewhat hard for ME to Walk Around In My Current Condition (in which she could clearly see).You know What Her Response Was? Answer: The Spoons Are At The End Over By The Ice Cream Counter And You Could Go And Get One Yourself!I was in Extreme Shock!After I Slowly Walked All The Way To One End Of The Store With My Right Foot That Is In Extreme Pain Just To Get A Plastic Spoon since Your Female Cashier Was Too Lazy And/Or Selfish To Do So for ME on my behalf based on My Current Condition, I then asked to speak to her Manager to File A Complaint.When her Male Manager came over to ME, he did Absolutely Nothing About The Situation! Lines are always long. Left store las night empty-handed because cashier insisted on being a rude nazi. Even though I buy alcoholic beverages on a regular basis the East Indian female gave me a hard time bc my i.d. had been left at home. I am in my 60's !!!!! My 38 year old friend even presented his i.d., to no avail. Ranoush or Anoush is her name... she has been a problem for me in the past as well. All ypu other cashiers are cool... I will make my purchases at Ralph's or elsewhere from here on.
