Thanks to Microsoft (Windows 10) we have recently replaced two aging computer systems. The process was painless. Bhim Rai transferred all our files to the new systems, installed them in our home, and gave us a start-up tutorial on Windows 10.
We have been up and running with no problems ever since.

Worst service ever. It took a month to fix the computer, after several delays, and changes of technicians, and finally, they made the mistake of erasing all the data on the hard drive without my permission.

I had the most challenging of ...

I had the most challenging of computer failures when I went to ClickAway. It was an intermittent screen freeze, sometimes a complete boot failure. Everyone there was super helpful and professional, but the technician whose knowledge and persistence arrived at the cause was James R. I cannot thank him enough. For context, I am an electrical engineer, knowledgeable about computers, and I had struggled with this problem for three weeks before going to ClickAway. Considering the value of their services, I found their charges quite a bargain.
