The Finishing Touch Floors, Inc.

Had an appt. scheduled for an in-home estimate for a new kitchen floor--no one showed up and, when I called about it, no apologies and no one contacted me to reschedule. Very poor customer service. Will never use them.

I gave them $10,000 up front because our interior decorator had recommended them, but did not know that the management had recently changed. They would not show up. Finally a bunch of guys hired off the corners showed up and asked me what I wanted them to do. They said I had just caused them to be pulled off other work. This went on forever (months) I finally did some independent research and found out how many people were suing them, and that they have a revoked California contractor's license. Good luck

Do not take my word at face value because so many internet reviews are written by competitiors or the owner trying to drum up business. Go to the court and take a hour or so, I rest my case!

Last spring, I dropped into The Finishing Touch Inc. to inquire about hardwood floors. I had recently inherited a home in Rossmoor in basically original condition and wanted to make some upgrades. Dave and Kyle came out to my house to take measurements to give me an estimate for flooring. As it turned out, they oversaw the remodel of my house from remodeling the kitchen down to covering the popcorn ceiling and installing crown molding. The floors are gorgeous. They put me in touch with a color coordinator to help me pick the colors for the walls and a great guy who installed shutters in my living room. But the best part was that they kept within the price they quoted me and the work was completed in the time frame that they gave me. Dave and Kyle were always available to answer my numerous questions and concerns. And the house is beautiful! In fact, I am now planning to add on about 1,000 square feet and my contractor and I have an agreement that The Finishing Touch Inc. will be part of the process. I highly recommend The Finishing Touch Inc.

We had Finishing Touch install about 1800 square feet of hardwood and 700 square feet of carpet. They were the most professional contractor we have ever used and we have built 2 homes and did major remodeling on 5 other homes. They showed up on time, completed the job within the quoted time frame and were unbelievably clean. The work was excellent as everyone that sees our home asks who did the work because it is so good! The incredible part is not only was the work great, but their prices were very competitive. In fact, their work was so good on our main home that we contracted them to do work for us on our Lake Arrowhead vacation home as well

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with The Finishing Touch. We just happened to stop in one Saturday afternoon and within a few weeks we had the work beginning at very compettive prices, and in most cases below all of our other bidders. Their atttitude, service and personal attention was outstanding. We put in new tile, carpet and wood stairs in our home--Dave was extremely patient with us as we spent the first few weeks evaluating countless samples and options. Like every construction job, we had a some work that had to be redone and Dave went out of his way to make things right. They have a first class operation and their integrity is second to none. We are extremely happy with the work they completed in our home and would highly recommend The Finishing Touch to anyone...and have!
