I was supposed to have a package delivered on a Fri., did not come. They are requesting a signature, which is wrong. Now I have to wait until Monday for my delivery of items that were urgent. I called cust. service, but they would not help me. Very disappointed! Poor service.
My part has been sitting in their Longwood facility since Friday. Today is Monday. Tracking info states package is in transit but tracking number shows it's still at facility. I know a thing or two about packages. I worked for the United States Post Service for 36 years and managed a package processing facility for my last 2 years. We weren't perfect but we actually would receive information on the last scan if a customer filed a complaint and we would attempt to find if it in our facility. I was told it's still being processed. It shouldn't take 3days to pro essentially a package unless UPS is extremely useful and that should only be during major holidays.
Waiting one week for a overnight package for a paid event, scrambling to track down package myself the day of said event. Very Unprofessional and inefficient procedure of deliveries. Lacking in option available to the customer by not allowing for location pick ups when package is just sitting at the UPS Location.
I brought a gear case to ship to NH the first person I saw didn't want to know me and said I had to go have it freighted. Then another attendant Susan said we could do this and boxed it up for me and got the job done while the other older gentlemen was complying and not being helpful. I tip my hat to Susan for her Can Do spirit!! Thank you
