I went to the SR 434 location and tried to use my credit card. It authorized it but when I went to use the wash it wouldn't recognize the code. I then tried another card, also authorized (I could buy a house with these cards) and that code wasn't recognized either. I moved to another stall and tried the code there. Still nothing. I needed to wash off the windshield so I dropped 2 bucks in with quarters because the change machine wouldn't accept 20s. I closed out both cards at the card station before leaving and confirmed $0 charges to both. Today I check my accounts and see a pending authorization on both cards for 10 bucks each. No big deal but I decided to call them to see what's up. Ring, ring, ring, ring.....and finally a voice mail system tells me to leave a message and they'll contact me in 24 hours but the mail box is full and can't take anymore messages. Hmmmmm. Shady deal here. So thankfully I work for a bank and have protections should anything happen with my card accounts but I don't think I'll be using this facility again.
CHRIS KELLEY AND HIS COMPANY IS THE ONLY, ONLY, GUY TO GO TO FOR ALL AUTO DETAILING AND RESTORATION!! His passion is seen in all his final products. My boyfriend doesn't drive his garaged Dodge HELLCAT, and Chris is the only person he will allow to service his vehicle. And that's saying a lot, being that he won't let me drive or touch it!!! We cannot thank you enough Chris for your perfection and passion, not to mention, you have great pricing for all services. I THANK GOD MY BOYFRIEND FOUND YOUR SERVICES, BECAUSE YOU ARE THE BEST AT YOUR CRAFT. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
I hadn't used my credit card in a month and used it here for a touchless wash. Two days later my card was on the street and used in Miami. Thank goodness my card company caught it fast and denied a lot of expensive charges. I'm not blaming the ownership here just watch out for who might have a card reading device near by when you pull your card out to use.
