My package which was sent from The Tampa area which is 1.5 miles from my location is received by the longwood warehouse and set for delivery. I get one package from the north where snow and bad weather is wreaking havoc and all of a sudden they tell me that the package which is 25 minutes from my home is delayed due to severe weather. SEVERE WHEATHER!? It’s 69 degrees and cloudy, the one package delivered the driver was wearing shorts and a short sleeve shirt! UPS is bent on telling me there’s a severe weather issue that’s causing the package to not be delivered! They argued on the phone adamit about the weather! Now the package is mysteriously gone to the delivery heaven! Nobody knows where the package is.
Keys don't fit lock and our note in box gets no action for 3 days.
Am apparelThe worst post office if you have online business , expect items to be returned back to you by the post office even if you have the right weight, I believe the staff they don't have much to work that's why they try to show that they are doing stupid things .
We run a small business.. We have talked to the postmaster before about calling in first when we have more than ten items. He was rude, but we thought that his request was fair. We have no problem with complying with that. However, today when we went in with nine items, he practically pushed me out of way and was extremely rude. He insisted we needed to call it in. I argued that we have less then ten items. We were following the rules he gave us. He was extremely demeaning and seemed like he was trying to push me back with his body. I'm not sure what his problem was, but complaints have been filed. We have his name and everything. Not sure why he thought that he can just get away with behaving like that. His name is John.
I never reallyhad an issue with this post office however a week ago they delivered my package to the wrong house so i had to go and replace my daughters school shoes. I went to the post office they told me they couldnt do anything without a package number from ups. I was on the phone with ups for 45 min than had to call back post office with info. And noone picks up, i called all throughout the day and nothing. I just gave up and ended up just buying another pair. I know mistakes happen but what if this would have been an item that cost alot of money. Very disappointed and i always have them delivering my packages now i dont know if i really feel safe having them delivered anymore.
better than most, but never seem to have the supplies I need for shipping ???? this boggles the mind !
