Great customer service

I worked with the owner who helped us with several patterns, ordered material and made a custom bedspread and pillows. We have gotten many great comments on his work and would highly recommend this company on your next custom draperies, bedspreads, pillows etc.

Don't listen to the other revi...

Don't listen to the other review about Tiffany Quilting. Tiffany Quilting does a great job and Ben is very detailed in everything he does. If this comes off as rude, so be it. At least I know that we is asking tough questions because he wants to get the finished product right. We use them on a regular basis for our drapery needs and we are always satisfied with the high quality of his work. You can believe me, a person that uses Tiffany Quilting and is very happy with their work or someone that writes a review just based on one phone call to the company.

Horrible Customer Service

Just as ""horrible customer service"" suggests - the gentleman that is manning the phones is extremely rude. He was hard of hearing and demanding when he didn't understand what was said. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and it's too bad they have someone like this taking calls from *potential* customers. I say potential because you've definitely lost one customer here.
