Founded in 1996, Southeastern Data is a Central Florida-based company that specializes in helping local, national, and international organizations manage their electronic waste through responsible and cost-effective recycling and remarketing. Southeastern Data is an EPA registered and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) licensed and approved recycling company.

We Accept: Trade Ins! Do you have a Mac, Dell, IBM, Sony, Panasonic or Toshiba? It doesn't matter. All trade ins are welcome. We Also Carry: Computer printers, copiers, cables, monitors, MFPs, servers, racks, etc. We Provide the Following Services: Data security and data destruction, meets Department of Defense standards DOD 5220.22-M, de-manufacturing, repair & upgrades, recycling, logistics management, shipping, purchasing, and redeployment. Pick Up Services: Give us a call and we can schedule a pick up at your place of business. Come See Us For: Upgrading your computer and computer repair parts. In addition to being ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and R2:2008 certified, we are a Veteran-Owned Small Business and a Registered Microsoft Refurbisher. ISO 9001:2008, ISO 140001:2004 and R2:2008 are voluntary certifications based on globally accepted and implemented standards. These certifications address organization processes, recordkeeping, monitoring, continuous improvement, employee safety and health and responsible recycling downstreams. ISO 9001:2008 provides a set of standardized requirements for a quality management system for the purpose of consistently satisfying customers' expectations. ISO 14001:2004 provides a framework for a holistic, strategic approach to the organization's environmental policy, plans, and actions, and also addresses environmental regulatory compliance. R2:2008 provides a framework for the establishment and use of an Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (EHSMS), as well as policies for managing used and end-of-life electronic equipment that is based on a "reuse, recover, dispose" hierarchy of responsible management strategies. The standard also calls for compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety legal requirements and that the recycler shall only export equipment and components containing Focus Materials (FMs) to countries that legally accept them. Southeastern Data is an expert at recycling all forms of computers, electronics and equipment. We offer wholesale pricing of refurbished and new-old-stock items at our warehouse location in Longwood, Florida.
