My husband passed away in April and he took care of our truck, so have been looking for an honest mechanic. Received a filer in the mail, so thought I would check Joe's out. I called and made an appointment. Went in today for an oil change and to have my truck checked out for a road trip I was planning to GA. Kevin was terrific. He welcomed me and made me feel so secure in the knowledge that my vehicle would be taken care of just like my hubby used to do. So for all you elderly ladies out there or anyone looking for a real honest mechanic who takes care of all your car needs and does not pressure you into getting something you don't need or want, I would highly recommend Joe's. They are professional, knowledgeable and very reasonable. They take time to explain everything so that you understand fully. Kevin at Joe's is now my go to guy for all of Big Blue's care!

Thank you Ray! You are awesome! I rented a Penske truck from Ray's Automotive, and I was 2 hours away from my pick-up time in another city. I was running behind time and called Ray to let him know. He informed me that they closed at 5:00pm, and Stressed that he has a previous engagement and I should be here before they closed. I told him that I would get there as soon as I could. Needless to say, I was very late! Closer to 6:00pm! But Ray, WAITED for me! He gave up his appointment to help me out! That is a selfless person, and I appreciated it so much.
