General Info: The Finance Division is also responsible for gathering and organizing accounting information. It also works to report financial information and make recommendations to management. The department provides accounts payable and employee payroll solutions. Its utility billing division is responsible for billing and receiving payments for water, sewer and residential garbage services. The Finance Division s purchasing department provides commodities and services required. It is governed by the city of Longwood, which additionally manages administration, fire, police, personnel and public works department.
