I wasn't a customer but I watched the way the driver treated his paying customer with nothing but disrespect. 2 nice enough men paid their driver to take them to get food, they had been waiting about 5 minutes before the driver came in to the fast food establishment literally yelling at them telling them they (the paying customer, not the food employees) need to hurry up or they were being left behind. Despite the fact the 2 man had their tab running while this awful driver was waiting they had been in there no more than 5 minutes. THEN when I called to let the owner know how her employees were treating customers she couldn't care less she excused the behavior and disconnected. They will NEVER get my service. Absolutely disgusted.
I made a reservation with eco cab, and the driver, I believe his name was Don, was rude, late, and scared me to death with his careless driving! I'd let my youngest boy drive that beautiful car, before I ever call this company again for a ride from him!
I had the misfortune of being behind one of their drivers today, thank God I wasn't inside. The guy was a dangerous driver.
I made a reservation with this cab company yesterday 2 hours in advance so that I could make a job interview for a position that would net more than 50,000 a year. I was considered to be "self terminated" for not arriving on time. Not only did this cab company not show up at the designated time and place , they completely skipped out on me without even a courtesy call to let me know that they would not be able to pick me up at the designated time and place . Essentially they left me stranded high and dry, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING FOR ANYONE AT ANY TIME!!!!! In my opinion they should close up shop until they can find PROFESSIONAL and COURTIES employees . Needless to say I was outraged at this whole experience. I needlessly lost out on a great job opportunity because this companies employee's couldn't find the time in a 2 and a half hour window to call and let me know they wouldn't be there as they promised saying we "prefer our customer's to call in advance " ,My question is why so you can abandon your customers ? THANKS for NOTHING . One star is a star to many
I did not get good service i was told a taxi was coming for me and had to wait in the rain for 40 minutes I am unhappy with owl taxi and will hitch hike before i use them again
