Overall
Needs reform

DON'T MOVE TO LONGVIEW/KELSO if you have had financial issues due to cancer, identity theft or other issues out of your control. This organization doesn't care if you have a good payment record with your former utility companies. They only look at your credit score.

They then determine your deposit based on the highest two months of usage by the prior users at your new address. Imagine if the former tenants were home 24/7 and liked it to be 75 degrees in winter.

In my case I was told by the customer service representative, that I would have 30 days to pay this over $200 worth of deposits. Imagine my surprise, when after a week of grueling moving, I get my mail from the PO Box. The note said that I had 5 days to pay my deposit or they would turn off my electricity. It is over 5 days, Saturday and there is no one available till 8:30 am Monday morning.. Also, I don't get paid for two weeks.
