The worse service ever. The manager would not give me the GM's information. Neither person wore name tags and both refused to give me their names. The DT guy continued to berate and tell us it was our fault etc. he didn't get our order. The manager lady even wanted to "Lets take it outside" while the DT continuously called us F***ers while I tried to get the name of the GM of the store. I left the store shaking. I am in complete disbelief at how I and my husband were treated. And in complete disbelief at the disrespectful, unkept, and unservice oriented staff. I'm appalled to say the least.
I have been going to the Longview Taco Bell for over forty years. Obviously it's not the same owners but I have never been treated rudely by any employee. If that has been a problem you should speak to the manager.
No drive through. Small and personable, I like that. A little slow, but they seem to make the food much better than any other DQ in town!
