Personally, I've had a excellent experience with Aaron's. I've been renting to own from them for over a year and have always been treated with respect and courtesy. They have also been very understanding when I have been late with my payment or have had problems with my rent to own items which they have always been very quick to resolve.. I find that if you communicate with them they will treat you, the customer with the respect you deserve.. (After all, we who rent or buy pay their bills so to speak)
1. Someone tried to pressure me into paying more than I could afford on my rental. 2. Claimed I was incompetent using my washer and drier. 3. Showed up closer to the end of the time they said that they'd be there. 4. Manager was supposed to come out and look at my washer amd drier but never showed up. 5. Was supposed to get a loner but been waiting for two hours for it.
