Best service ever. I got so overwhelmed with how they served everything that we ordered. Their burger is a must try. It is my all-time favorite.
They're food is always hot & fresh! The customer service is most of the time good & fast! But sometimes they are too fast leaving out ketchup, salts & napkins so if you get it through the drivethru than look in your bag before you drive off! Great food you'll like it!!

Friendly staff, but when I pulled to the window to place my order, a huge rat ran across the floor from dining room to the kitchen. I alerted the cashier and cancelled my order. I also notified the Gregg County Health Department. The old building needs to be tore down and rebuilt. Judging from how big that rat was, I'm sure it's infested with many. I will never go back.
The service was just so so. When I got my order, they forgot to put the thigh with it. When I went to counter, the girl that took my order told her that she left off my thigh. When the packer brought my thigh it was original and not crispy like the rest was. When the packer went to change it out, she came back to the front and told the order girl that she rang it up as original instead of crispy. Now what I want to know is if she saw it on the screen then how was it left off my order anyway. Duh!!!!!! Also when we went out to the dining room, the floors were filthy and not even swept from the night before, so if they weren't swept then surely they weren't mopped. Also every table in the dining room were not wiped off or cleaned. This reflects on the morning manager and also the night shift manager. I have managed 11 restaurants in my past and I hardly ever complain about anything but when it's really bad then I complain. These guys weren't even busy and 3 employees were just hanging out and the manager never even walked out to the front to see the filthy dining room. Will never go there again. Gee, guess the regional supervisors are on a 2 week vacation, either that or they don't have anyone to check on the production of these so called restaurant managers. What a joke. Really sad..........

Just went through the drive thru 12/5/15 @ 7:30 pm and they had the music so loud, playing a song they were singing and dancing to with the lyrics " somebody come get her she's dancing like a stripper". Really ticked me off since I had my 9 and 10 year old in the car with me. What kind of professionalism does this company promote? ?
Went in there for some ice cream. It was about 2pm & no customers. There was obviously tention in the air. No one waited on me at all. After 10 minutes I told them what I thought about their business and walked out. Not going back.
