        Tuscan Pig Italian Kitchen is a NON PIZZERIA Italian restaurant in Longview Texas. Rodolfo Stefano was born in the province of Caserta Italy and immigrated to the United States in 1973 with is family. Bringing with him some old family recipes. The restaurant is family owned and operated since 2013 serving artisan dishes. Some specialties are Tuscan Style Pork used in our Country Lasagna or as a topping, Fresh Pesto, Tuscan Mac & Cheese and hand crafted Tiramis�. These creations can only be found at Tuscan Pig.
