This place scammed me out of almost a hundred (hard-earned) dollars for a lawnmower repair that never was completed (let alone ever even started). I took my lawnmower in several weeks ago and explicitly asked them to repair/replace the self-propelled cable assembly. I even checked back with these incompetent clowns on three separate occasions to confirm that they were (supposedly) replacing the self-propelled cable assembly.

About a week later I get a voicemail telling me my lawnmower had been repaired and was ready to pick up. Unfortunately, much to my chagrin, when I got there to pick up the mower, they hadn't done a single goddamned thing I had asked them to do. Instead of following directions, they took it upon themselves to replace the spark plug, air filter and throttle assembly (which didn't need replacing in the first place).

Therefore, (thanks to their gross negligence) I ended up having to order the correct part, waited for it to arrive via mail and then replaced and fixed it myself for an additional unnecessary expense. Honestly, I must declare that my recent unsavory experience with these bumbling idiots definitely rings true with the old adage "If you want something done right, you might as well do it yourself."
